Residence Permit Autorização de Residência Front and back scan of your current residence card.
Full Passport Scan Passaporte (impressão integral) Full scan of all pages of your valid passport (including blank pages).
Proof of Accommodation Comprovativo de Condições de Alojamento Registered lease (Finanças), utility bill, or Atestado de Residência.
Means of Subsistence Comprovativo de Meios de Subsistência Payslips (recibos de vencimento), work contract, IRS, or bank statements.
Health System Coverage Comprovativo de Sistema de Saúde Número de Utente (SNS document) or private health insurance.
Criminal Check Consent Requerimento p/ Consulta do Registo Criminal Signed form granting permission for Portuguese criminal record checks.
Important: Verify all file details before submitting on the portal. Incomplete uploads can cause processing delays.
